  1. How do I track my order?
    To track your order, log into your World of Railways account and click on the ‘My Orders’ tab to view your order status. If you checked out as a guest, you will need to create an account to view your order details. You can also track your order via Evri.
  2. When will I receive my order?
    If you picked standard delivery at the checkout, you will receive your parcel within 2-3 working days. You can track your order via Evri
  3. How do I return my order? Please see our Delivery & Returns page for information on how to return an order. 
  4. Can I change or cancel my order?
    To change or cancel your order please message our friendly Customer Service team via our ‘Contact Us’ page as soon as possible.
  5. What methods of payment do you take?
    We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, or you can pay by PayPal.
  6. I placed an order but never received a confirmation email?
    If you have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email you can log into your account and click on the ‘My Orders’ tab to view your order or instead message our friendly Customer Service team via our ‘Contact Us’ page.
  7. There's an item missing from my order, what do I do?
