Delivery & Returns
How your postage is calculated:
Depending on the size and weight of the product(s) you've purchased, we'll calculate it accordingly and will confirm to you the postage cost at checkout. UK Postage is based on the following table:

|Between 2.2 lbs and 4.4 lbs
|Between 4.4 lbs and 11 lbs
|Between 11 lbs and 22 lbs
|Between 22 lbs and 33 lbs
|Over 33 lbs
|Below 4.4 lbs
|Above 4.4 lbs
Rest of the world postage:
|Under 3.3 lbs
|Between 3.3 lbs and 4.4 lbs
|Above 4.4 lbs
*Orders are a working day service and does not inlcude weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday, if it's a bank holiday order will be dispatched on Tuesday.
Standard Delivery - delivery will be 2-3 working days for UK orders and between 5-7 working days for outside of the UK.
How to track your parcel:
Enter your 16 digit tracking number or 8 digit calling card number, on Evri's tracking page for updates on your delivery.
How to return a parcel (UK):
You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt of your goods and return the item within a further 14 days of contacting us. If the goods are faulty or not fit for purpose then the cost of return postage will be refunded. In all other circumstances, the return postage costs are payable by the customer. To make a return, please message our Customer Service team via our contact us page. You will need to provide your name, contact phone number (or email), order number, date of order, items to be returned and the reason for returning. Follow the steps below using Evri's return service to send your parcel back to us. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice. We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.
3. Dropping off your parcel or courier collection; if dropping your parcel off you can either print the Evri returns label at home or in a ParcelShop with Print in ParcelShop device using a QR or authorisation code (Evri will send it in an email to you). For lockers, they're open 24/7, just print and attach the tabel and drop the parcel off whenever suits you. If you've arrange courier collection, Evri will let you know when they're collecting it.
Cancelling an order:
To change or cancel your order please message our friendly Customer Service team via our contact us page as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product World of Railways will be very happy to refund you or offer a replacement. Please message us via our contact us page on the day of delivery with details of your name, contact phone number (or email), order number, date of order, and a photo of the damaged goods. When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice, we will then process a replacement / refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.
